Check out our special edition Angel Sparkles hair wrapping kits. Angel-themed colours, sparkle beads and silver angels – guardian angels in your hair!

Have you or your kids ever had a hair wrap done when you’re on holiday? They look good but they are seriously expensive with braiders usually charging by the inch. Now you can learn to create them at home with this hair accessory kit. It's easy to do and it's going to save you a tonne of cash. That's got to sound good! These kits contain everything you need, along with full instructions, to get hair wrapping.

This kit is the Angels Sparkles Special Edition, containing angel-themed goodies for making magical, sparkly angel hair wraps.

Wrap your own hair or make angel wrap extensions

You can either wrap your own hair and keep them in for up to 2 months or make your wraps as reusable extensions that you can attach whenever you want (this is a great idea if school isn't big on the idea of them!) Wear your wraps for enchanted parties at the weekends and take them out ready for school on Sunday night!

What's in Angel Sparkles hair wrapping kits?

Our hair wrapping kits contain full instructions with easy-to-follow photos. They also contain enough materials to make on average 10/25 long hair braids depending on the kit size you choose.

You'll get:

  • Angel-theme coloured braiding threads

  • Sparkly beads (for decorating your new hair wraps)

  • Tibetan silver angel charms - to add the finishing touch to your wrap

  • A hair separator/protector (these make the job much, much easier!

  • A bead and charm threading tool

  • And, don't forget the easy-to-follow photographic instructions.

How does wrapping hair myself save money?

As we buy our materials in bulk, our kits are far cheaper than buying all the contents separately and, of course, you’re not paying a professional hair wrapper to do the job. This gives you an incredible saving, if you're prepared to get a little bit creative!

Everyone wants them!

Doodle Braids are the colourful hair craze that everyone wants. Take note: As soon as one youngster has them, suddenly they all want one. If you're wrapping your kid's hair, you might find yourself becoming extremely popular with other kids... and their parents.

Want to earn some extra cash? Start a hair wrapping business... hair wraps are hugely popular. If you'd like to learn more, visit this page or take a look at the our Business in a Box.

Throw a hair wrapping party

Hair Wrapping is a great idea for themed parties. Guests can design their own braids, then pair up to wrap each other's hair. It's possible to wrap your own hair - but it's even more fun to do it with a friend! Our kits also make great take-home party gifts.

What's the history of the business?

After my daughter started wanting hair wraps, I soon realised that keeping up with her hair wrap craze wasn't financially possible! With this in mind, we both sat down to work out how to create DIY kits that enable parents and kids to create their own. We’re based in Northumberland in the UK and Doodle Braids is an independent cottage industry founded in 2012. We’ve now sold Doodle Braids all over the world.

Hair wrap maintenance:

  • Wraps made around your natural hair

Wraps will stay in the hair for up to 2 months, depending on how they're treated. They can be washed carefully with the rest of your hair using a mild shampoo. They're easy to take out and won't damage the hair or scalp when treated with care.

  • Wraps made as reusable hair extensions

If you decide to make your hair wraps by wrapping around wool and adding a loop at the top or a clip to attach to them to your hair, they will last a long time. If they get a bit dirty, wash them gently in the sink with a little washing up liquid or handwashing powder. Dry them straight and you're ready to go!
